We remain a subsidiary company of the LLP.<\/p>\n<div class=\"item-page\">\n<p>In July 2013 we acquired the financial services business Symes Robinson &amp; Lee Solicitors when its legal practice merged with <a href=\"https:\/\/gilbertstephens.co.uk\">Gilbert Stephens LLP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Our financial advisers today are <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gilbertstephensfs.co.uk\/wyatt-loake\/\">Wyatt Loake<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gilbertstephensfs.co.uk\/hayely-martin-herkt\/\">Hayely Martin-Herkt<\/a><\/strong> who both have a wealth of experience in the investment industry. All are qualified Independent Financial Advisers (IFA\u2019s). We are able to offer clients clear, transparent, impartial and independent advice on all aspects of investment and financial planning.
